Sai Kaew Beach Resort

We stayed in two hotels on this trip, namely Sake and Leviman. The two hotels belong to the same group, but the services and facilities of the hotels are very different. First of all, Sake has a unique geographical advantage. It is very convenient to go to the main street for dining, shopping and massage. The beach is also very beautiful and lively. There is a blacksmithing program at 7:30 every night. There are rich entertainment facilities. Let's talk about the shortcomings. There is a thin girl on the night shift at the front desk. Her attitude is not very good. She is impatient to listen to the guests and interrupts them after they finish speaking. Her face is quite bad. Then she asked to clean the room. The next day when we went to the restaurant for breakfast, she put up the "please don't disturb" sign. As expected, it was not until 4 pm that we went in and out many times, and every time we entered the room, no one had cleaned it. Finally, I couldn't help but call the front desk at around 4 pm and said I needed cleaning, and they sent someone to clean it. Otherwise, I feel that they would not come to clean it that day, because the hotel room may be a bit old, very, very damp, the bathroom floor was always wet, and the quilt was also very damp and uncomfortable, so that every time we entered the room and found that it had not been cleaned, we felt uncomfortable. Finally, after checking out, we told the front desk staff that our next hotel was to Leviman, and the front desk also said that they would send a songthaew to take us there. We We were so nice and they even sent us there, maybe because it was a hotel under the same group. But on the day of check-out, we got on a songthaew with other passengers, and then it took us to the pier. They were going to take us back to Ban Phe Pier in Rayong. Our luggage had already been put on the pier in another car. Then we got on the boat with the songthaew driver at the pier to look for our luggage and pulled it off the boat. The driver then called Sakhai to communicate and said that they had sent us to the wrong place and asked where they should send us. Now, the scene was as chaotic as a pot of porridge. In the end, the driver took us to Leviman, and the fare was paid by Leviman. Speechless~ Leviman There is nothing to say about Leviman. The room is very dry and the floor is very clean. Clothes that could not be dried in two days at Sake were dried in one night at Leviman. What touched me most was the first night we stayed there. In the morning, we went to the restaurant to have breakfast and put out a sign saying that the room needed cleaning. When we came back after breakfast in just 40 minutes, the staff had already cleaned the room. You should know that Leviman is a row of single-family houses, and it is very tiring to walk from room to room. Sake, on the other hand, has rooms like apartments, and they don’t even come to clean at 4 pm. Anyway, I will still go to Leviman again in the future, but I really won’t consider Sake again.
